1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoftyCare, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

SoftyCare offers a cloud-based platform for doctors, clinics, and hospitals, including (but not limited to):

Digital Appointments & Scheduling
Patient Registration & Token Management
EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
E-Prescriptions
Billing & Invoicing
WhatsApp Reminders
Staff Access Management
Reports & Analytics

We may update or add features periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of these changes.

3. User Registration

To access full platform features, users must:

Create an account with accurate information
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are solely responsible for any activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

SoftyCare is a subscription-based service.
All fees are outlined clearly during the signup process or as per your service agreement.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
Subscription renewals are auto-processed unless canceled in advance.
Any applicable taxes or gateway charges are borne by the user.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Key points:

Refunds are only issued or Duplicate Payment 15 days.
No any Refunds (transaction charges deducted).

6. Data Privacy & Protection

We do not sell or misuse your data. Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
SoftyCare stores your patient records, clinic data, and personal details securely.

Users retain ownership of their patient and clinic data.
SoftyCare does not engage in patient marketing or ads using your data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SoftyCare only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited activities include:

Using the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes
Copying, reverse-engineering, or reselling the software
Uploading harmful code or engaging in cyberattacks

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and source code in SoftyCare are the intellectual property of Gour Software & Services Pvt. Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

SoftyCare is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:

Loss of data due to user error or external issues
Service interruptions due to maintenance or third-party tools
Delays or failures outside our reasonable control

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SoftyCare if:

You breach these Terms
You fail to make payments
We detect misuse or illegal activity

You may also terminate your subscription anytime by notifying our support team.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings held in [Indore, India].
